Funding structure tied to carbon valuations to infuse capital into our neighborhoods and communities.  The funds exchanged for carbon will belong to the neighborhoods to enhance sustainability efforts, increase neighborhood cooperation, quality of life and catalyze further carbon reductions.

Financing structure to support significant, easy to use, low interest loans for energy efficiency and renewable energy investments for homes.
